There’s just no keeping Wee Wern down
Having torn her anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) in April, it appeared to be all doom and gloom for national squash player Low Wee Wern.
The 25-year-old, who reached a career high world ranking of No. 5 in October last year, required surgery and was out for eight months.
Wee Wern, now 25th in the world, is back on her feet and showing signs of ‘life’ once again. She made a return in November at the Nationals and lost in the final to Delia Arnold and at the Hong Kong Open a month later, she reached the second round. Read more
