Egyptian three-time World Champion Ramy Ashour has withdrawn from the upcoming J.P. Morgan Tournament of Champions due to injury.

The 29-year-old, a three-time winner of the event that gets underway inside New York’s Grand Central Terminal this Thursday (Jan 12), conceded the final of the 2016 World Championship last November due to injury and has failed to recover in time to compete this week. Read more
